Artist Statement
My interest in animation began during childhood, a time when I couldn’t keep my eyes away from cartoons and other animated media. This interest grew and led to me discovering design and animation can coexist in varying styles. Artists I’m inspired by have discovered how to utilize design and animation to communicate and entertain, capturing audiences through a simple element. My work aims to do the same; to entertain and please my audience’s eye through color, simplicity, and action.

Artist Bio

Christian Veselits is a 3-D design artist and photographer, born and raised on the south side of Chicago, Illinois. He currently attends Northern Illinois University and is on the way to earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts focused in Time Arts.
For years he has experimented with various mediums ranging from animation, drawing, and printmaking to name a few. His main emphasis is 3D modeling and lighting, with photography being a side hobby he’s had for 5+ years. His work primarily tends to focus on nature and simple scenes in the world.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
