Artist Statement

“Spring to Winter: Seasons Across Asia” is a 360 VR video that's lets you experience four different seasons in four different Asian cultures. As a kid, I always loved going to museum exhibits that made you feel you were in a different world. I wanted to capture that sense of immersion these environments provided. With the rise of VR technology, I can finally bring that sense of excitement and immersion anywhere. VR can transform the way we perceive and interact with our surroundings.  I hope to allow everyone to immerse themselves in the boundless possibilities of virtual space. Drawing inspiration from the diverse landscapes, and captivating aesthesis of Asian cultures. I envision a walk-through of going to these virtual environments that capture the essence of each culture.
